**$100 deposit is due at the time of scheduling with the remaining balance due upon the successful completion of the shoot. Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to re-schedule your shoot.**

If you’d like to chat with Matt or even meet in person for a quick coffee and talk all about your shoot he is happy to accommodate. He can make himself available via phone, FaceTime or in person. Please contact us HERE to schedule a consultation.
make-up (optional)
It is not required to use a make-up artist if you are confident in doing your own or have a trusted friend or make-up artist feel free to bring them along.
We can provide one if you’d like. Just say so when scheduling a shoot.
**Rates Vary
This is paid separately and goes directly to the make-up artist the day of the shoot. Cash, check and venmo accepted.

cancellation policy
An actors schedule changes by the day. We are aware of this and try to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel your shoot please contact us asap and we will do our best to re-schedule at the nearest convenient date. As long as you re-schedule with us there will be no lost deposit.
*PLEASE NOTE: A decision NOT to re-schedule renders your deposit forfeit*
That being said - Matt is a freelance artist and should something unavoidable arise we ask for your understanding if we need to re-schedule. This is very rare. Should this situation arise you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule or have your deposit returned. If you re-schedule we can offer an inconvenience discount of 15% off.
